Store Policies

We unconditionally guarantee the condition of all items sold in our store. Unopened building kits are accepted for return without question. Should there be a problem with a kit after opening it please call 480-357-8800 or e-mail mail@mesamodels.net

All orders shipped to the 48 contiguous States are charged a flat rate of $8.00 regardless of size.

International orders are shipped with actual shipping fees as established by the United States Postal System International Priority Mail. When checking out, on the "Confirming Order" page, in the shipping section, use the drop-down menu and click Will Call $0.00. We will calculate the actual shipping cost (Priority Mail International) and issue a second invoice for shipping.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
